Where: Pierce County Airport - Thun Field (KPLU)
Why: To celebrate 75 years of the timeless Piper J-3 Cub and enjoy the comaraderie of fellow Cub and other vintage aircraft pilots and enthusiasts.
Who is Invited: Anyone who owns, flies, or loves J-3 Cubs and anything that has fabric, a tailwheel, radial engine or was built before Eisenhower was President.
Admission: No charge for spectators. Bring your family and walk among the airplanes that started general aviation in America.
Come join us as we paint Thun Field yellow! There will be specially designated Cub parking, sign-in area and fly-bys throughout the day.
